Utilizing "Photo + Questionnaire + Environmental Data" 3D input to generate clinical-grade 8-dimension skin scores and zonal diagnosis. Designed a Guest (1/week) → Member (Unlock Report) → VIP (AR Heatmap/5 daily) growth funnel and a commercial closed-loop based on browser fingerprinting.

• Multi-Model AI Orchestration: Architected a 5-provider AI gateway (OpenAI/Anthropic/Gemini/Qwen/DeepSeek) supporting multi-key rotation, auto-fallback chains, and CMS hot-switching. Implemented a mixed pipeline: "Adaptive Resizing (1024px) → Vision Analysis → Questionnaire Fusion"; designed an AI request queue for concurrency control (Vision 3/Chat 10) and queue feedback.
• Edge Computing & High-Perf Frontend: Integrated MediaPipe Face Mesh (WASM) for client-side 468-point feature extraction, enabling zero-GPU-cost VIP exclusive Real-time AR Heatmaps (~900 triangle mesh reconstruction + HSL interpolation). Encapsulated useAsyncAnalysis two-phase state machine with exponential backoff retry.
• Full-Stack Architecture & Security: Designed 15+ model schema using Prisma 7 + PostgreSQL (Supabase). Built a triple-layer defense: JWT Auth + LRU In-memory Rate Limiting (Brute-force 5/15min, API 100/min) + FingerprintJS Anti-scraping (IP/Cookie/Device cross-matching with confidence scoring).
• Scientific Skincare Algorithm: Led the R&D of the Dermatologist Grade Algorithm (~1000 lines) in collaboration with a skincare consultant team, fusing skin type, BioFactors, and real-time environmental factors to generate 3-tier regimens × 4 scenarios; outputting a 28-day Skin Cycling calendar (Retinol → Acid → Repair → Barrier).
• Product Knowledge Graph Engine: Built an ingredient-efficacy matching engine that dynamically maps AI diagnostic results to Daily/Advanced/Ultimate product combinations, dynamically adjusting recommendation ranking based on environmental factors (e.g., UV weighted sunscreen).

Independently completed the product design and full-stack development of the official website for a high-end skincare brand in China, delivering a complete system covering brand showcase, AI skincare advisor, and CMS management backend.

• Full Stack Development: Built with Next.js 14 App Router + React 18 + TypeScript, backend using API Routes + Prisma + PostgreSQL; Self-built CMS management backend, integrating JWT authentication, product management, media library, and AI configuration.
• AI & Experience: Integrated OpenAI API to implement intelligent skin analysis, designed prompt strategies to ensure professionalism; Combined Framer Motion + GSAP to create high-end motion effects like frosted glass and floating cards, and a 6-step Q&A interaction experience.
• Product Design: Led the product planning of the AI Skincare Advisor, completed competitive analysis (Aesop, Le Labo) and PRD writing, designing the complete user journey of "Q&A Interaction → Skin Analysis → Skincare Advice → Product Recommendation".

Member-facing redemption platform supporting various voucher types (Queen Card, Obsidian Card, SPA vouchers), now live in production.
